Pdf not downloading in chrome

I have a colleague who is trying to download PDF reports from an ADP web site but it doesn't work in Community content may not be verified or up-to-date.

I did manage to download a pdf of a book I wanted the other day, but I miss being able to scan through the downloads from various libraries and I find the book covers, rather than lists, incredibly frustrating and annoying.

There is a small chance that the file you are downloading is not a “.pdf” file but rather a “.zip” file. On rare occasion we have to format a file in a “.zip” type because it is a bundle of multiple manuals.

Today, when it appears on top of nearly every Google result, we take it from granted. We occasionally try to bring it down a notch or three over the veracity of the facts stated there.
